Canvas Condos is another much-awaited project by the renowned Marlen Spring company. The project is a towering example of modern luxury architecture with its eye-catching exterior construction. The much-awaited sanctuary provides an urban vibe through the lined-up facilities and modern markets and clubs situated right in the neighborhood. The interiors are sprinkled with a gourmet kitchen along with spacious well-furnished rooms to ensure pure comfort of the residents. The amenities offered include a well-equipped fitness center, in addition to aerobics and yoga hall, patios with BBQ and seating arrangements, concierge services, park to stroll in, etc. The vicinity is well accessible on foot as well as through numerous transit options available conveniently. The maintenance cost, however, seems a bit too high.
