Scarborough Junction Condos is a new pre construction development by Republic Developments located at 3585 St Clair Ave E, Toronto, ON, M1K 1L8.

The project is set to be a master-planned community spanning approximately 5,500,000 sq ft in total, bringing mixed-use living to the Scarborough junction neighbourhood. The number of units for sale will be 6,619. Price for floor plans has yet to be determined.

This new condo development will utilize the existing Scarborough Go station, a major transit hub that will connect and tie together previously established neighbourhoods.

Furthermore, the upcoming real estate developments will provide people with new retail and commercial opportunities as well as new parks and public spaces! Currently, there is no occupancy date in place.

Coming soon, the location of the Scarborough Junction Condos will be 3585 St. Clair Ave E in Toronto, ON. The closest intersection of this upcoming real estate is Danforth rd and St. Clair Ave East.
