The location at 260 King St having a perfect transit score of 100 is definitely a bonus, and the architecture for the location will make Toronto Core even better! Looking at the photo of the towers amkes you really appreciate the planning it must take to make them look so unique.
Being the 3rd tallest as well is definitely something to look forward to seeing once completed. I would classify this as one of my favorite upcomming projects for sure.
I can’t imagine Forma condos will come cheap when they finally launch for pre-construction sales. Toronto has been waiting on this anchor development to start sales and finalize design for years now. Fingers crossed.
