The United Kingsway Condos will be erected at 2915 Bloor St West, Etobicoke, Toronto. The condominium will feature eight levels and 90 units total. It will be a mixed-use structure so residential and commercial retail spaces will be offered.
United Kingsway Condos itself will be reminiscent of contemporary hard lofts like the ’Sorauren Lofts’ and very much conforms to the neighborhood with soft lofts like ‘Logia 1 and 2.’ The preliminary renderings look very sleek, and the 2-toned cement and glass facade will be a welcome addition to the Bloor West streetscape.
Location & Accessibility
This project is commuter friendly, and will also have pedestrian walkways. Public transportation will be very accessible from the residence, as Royal York Station is just a brisk walk from the proposed tower. For the outdoorsy type, parks like the King’s Mill Park and the Fairfield Park are nearby. Humbertown Shopping Centre is just minutes away as well from The United Kingsway Condominiums.
Looking for a place to grab a bite? You don’t need to go far as the United Kingsway Condo neighborhood offers a diverse body of restaurants, all just a few steps away. Some of the restaurants near the condominium are Magic Spot Grill, Momiji Japanese Restaurant, and Swiss Chalet Rotisserie and Grill. United Kingsway Condominium residents can also take a stroll to nearby parks like the Birchview Boulevard Parkette, Kingsway Gate Parkette, and the Fieldway Parkette.
If you opt to spend some of your free time admiring the art, you can go to Kingsway Theatre for some classic films. Also near United Kingsway Condominiums are some nearby schools like the Sunnylea Junior School, Norseman Junior Middle School, and the Islington Junior Middle School. One of the main attractions in the community is Mimico Creek. The charming neighborhood is complete with an established pedestrian walkway, streets lined with a lovely and historical glimpse into Old Toronto.
Fieldgate Homes and Dorsay Development Corporation develop the United Kingsway Condo. Pre-construction projects from the developer include Kenneth and Holmes Townhouses, Heartwood at Queen Street East. Dorsay is known for its Forestbrook and Woodland Subdivision in Richmond Hill.
Completion date and prices are yet to be announced. Estimated occupancy is not yet disclosed. TACT Architecture Inc designs the project.
