The Entertainment District will soon be getting a welcome edition to slew of ultra high-end condominiums. Carlyle Condos located at 122 Peter Street at the corner of Richmond will be gracing the skyline with a 46-storey all glass point tower, that will house 435 suites.
Suite sizes will range from 400 square feet to 1200 square feet, as their will be ample floorplans to select from on Launch Day. The Carlyle Condominium is developed by the Fortress Real Developments and Berkley Homes. Their projects include Harmony Village Lake Simcoe, and Union Waterfront.
As the location suggests, the building will be near theatres, shopping centres and many other amenities. Nightlife surrounds the residence including Crocodile Rock Bar Nightclub, Horseshoe Tavern, Town Crier, and Rivoli Pool Hall. Also in close proximity you will find the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, Gallery 44, Marko Mitic Art Toronto, and Circuit Gallery @ Prefix ICA. Royal Alexandra Theatre and Princess of Wales Theatre are just minutes away too.
For days when you don’t want to cook and just want to dine out, you can head to Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse, Yuzu No Hana, PAI, Grace O’Malley’s, Byblos, and Soho House. But when you feel a little like Gordon Ramsay, you can head to Noah’s Natural Foods, Fresh and Wild Food Market. Or you can go to Chinatown to take out some Chinese food or just explore. You can also visit nearby parks like the Isabella Valancy Crawford Park, Grange Park, Alexandra Park, and Simcoe Park during your leisure time. Walk your dog at Clarence Square Dog Park.
The project will be designed by Architects Alliance. They also designed the Sackville-Dundas Apartments, Pond Road Student Residence, and Block 31.
Estimated date of occupancy and date of completion are not available at this time. The project is still in the early planning phase. Registration with Precondo is now open for those interested.
