Arguably the most luxurious structure to be erected in this city, the Chelsea Green Condos will be constructed at 33 Gerrard Street West, Toronto. Currently built on the site is the Eaton Chelsea Hotel. The planned number of buildings is three high-rise towers. The first phase tower is proposed to have 88-stories, and over the three proposed towers will house 2,135 residential suites. If proposals with the city get approved as planned, Chelsea Green Condo Towers 1 and 2 will replace Aura at College Park as the tallest residential towers in Canada.
Chelsea Green Condominiums will have a unique slender build allowing for space with the proposed parkland just adjacent to the condominiums off Elm Street. Another unique design element will be the curvilinear waves in the glass facade, giving the towers a great aesthetic look.
Location & Accessibility
Located in the Entertainment District, Chelsea Green Condominiums will have access to several walkable amenities in the neighborhood. Nearby are the VIP Lounge and Billiards Club, Imagine Cinemas Carlton Cinema and Ryerson Theatre. There are also the Bar + Karaoke Lounge, and Tjbar Lounge.
Restaurants are also spread throughout the Chelsea Green Condominium vicinity. Some of these are Chipotle Mexican Grill, Bom Bibimbop, Kinka Izagaya Original, and Somethin’ 2 Talk About. For your morning coffee, you can get a cup at Jimmy’s Coffee, Starbucks or Terrace Cafe, all just a few steps away from the condo.

The Great Eagle Holdings will develop the Chelsea Green Condo. It is a Hong Kong-based firm developing in Asia and North America, and other continents. Some of their notable works are the Eaton hotels in Hong Kong and Washington, DC, and The Langham Place in London, New York, Shanghai, Beijing and many more.
The Chelsea Green Condos is currently in the preconstruction period. The estimated occupancy date is in 2022. The prices of units are still undisclosed. The estimated completion date is unknown.
