About Cumberland Square Condos Development

Cumberland Square Condos by KingSett Capital is a new development at 2 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON. Currently, in it’s planning phase, this condo development is expected to feature three towers (Standing at 50, 61, and 75 Storeys each) with a total of 1,595 residential units.

The architects at Giannone Petricone Associates are handling the design and architecture of this entire project. These high-rise towers will be used for both retail and residential purposes. There is also a public plaza that will cover 30 percent of the area.
