Bloor and Dufferin Condos represent a meticulously designed community, emphasizing contemporary architectural styles and comfort all in one location. Previously the home of The Toronto District School Board, this site is situated at the intersection of Bloor and Dufferin. Towers are ranging from 6 to 47 stories. The site is currently in the pre-construction stage at 1131 Bloor Street West. Bloor and Dufferin Condos is expected to have around 2219 units, which will be used for residential purposes. There are several vibrant storefronts that are mostly taken from the existing character.
