The floor plans vary from one-bedroom units to 3 bedroom units. The units size range from 366 square feet to 1,500 square feet. 

Besides this, the site also houses ample room for parking facilities. As a result, the units will be complemented with 1,383 new parking spaces and 1,122 bike storage spaces. 

Being a mixed-use project, the developer has plans for developing a greenspace and almost 5,000 sq ft for retail purposes throughout the podiums.
