The project has one building (30 storeys) with a total of 74 dwelling units and estimated to be completed n in the year 2021. The architectural side of the project will be handled by Zeidler Partnership Architects and Richmond Architects. The landscape architects for the project are Scott Torrance Landscape Architect.
