A new condominium will rise 40-storeys high and light up the Toronto skyline at Church and Wellesley. The Church and Wellesley Condos will be a mixed-use development, with spaces allotted for residential and retail among others.
The grand entry will have great appeal with its 2-storey glazed glass facade, downlighting, granite accent slabs, and animated water fixture. To add even more character to the condominium and streetscape, the entrance to the tower will be set back a little over 7 meters from the boulevard for an opulent touch. The second floor will house the amenities of the building including a fitness centre, while the third and fourth level will be boutique residences. The balance of the tower will be reserved for the residential floorplate.
