Church and Wellesley condos are one of my top choices in the condos I have shortlisted to make an investment. So far, all the aspects about the location as well as design of the condos looks good. The property rates are quite appealing too. Commuting aspect is well taken care of with the transit facilities available easily. One positive part about this tower by One Properties is its fitness facilities on offer. The developers have already given 2 really promising and reputed projects to Toronto, the expectations with this one just get higher. Alongside, the place also has many local parks in the neighbourhood. This will be a good aspect to consider if you have a family or are a fitness freak. The presence of various banks like RBC Royal Bank and TD Canada Trust makes the location a commercial hub as well. Other basic facilities in the area makes it a very convenient location for settlement.
