Plaza Corp develops the Yonge & Drewry Condos. They are known for the 1 Yorkville, a condominium at Yorkville Avenue to be finished in 2018, Mississauga Square Condominiums, Exhibit Residences, and Plaza Midtown Condos.

The Toronto condominium is in the pre-construction planning phase. Estimated date of occupancy and prices of units are still undisclosed. Sizes of units and floor plans are yet to be announced. The number of floors and units are still unknown.
