Coming soon, Cowdray Court condos is a new pre construction condo development by Gemterra Developments Corporation. The project will be located at 20 cowdray court, Scarborough, ON, M1S 1A1. The real estate property consists of a total of 2,319 units.

There will be three blocks of high-rise towers with residential units varying in height and size. In addition, two towers of office space will be constructed. There is currently no estimated completion for this project.

Pricing and sales for units has not yet been determined along with information on units’ size. However, they will consist of multiple studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and three bedrooms. The variety of towers will give both investors and home owners a great opportunity to find the perfect fit for them.

Features and Amenities

The 20 Cowdray Court Condos, a new condo development has teamed up with Teeple Architects to complete the floor plans, units, design and amenity space. So, residents will have access to indoor and outdoor amenity space in each tower and throughout their floors.

Currently, exact amenities have not yet been confirmed. However, we can expect a yoga studio, fitness centre, indoor pool, outdoor terrace with barbecue stations along with a party room based on previous projects.

The dimensions of the towers are broken up into each block. The first block will have three connected residential towers. One tower will be 30 storeys while the second will rise to 18. The tower connecting the two will range between 7 and 10 storeys.

The second block will have two towers that are 25 and 40 storeys in height. Finally, the third block will have a single 27 storey tower.
