About KSquare Condos Development

KSquare Condos is a new condo development by Kingdom Development, located at 2035 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough, ON. Currently, in the public sales phase, this mixed-use development is set to be available for occupancy by fall 2022 when it will feature two towers (Standing at 36 and 39 storeys each) containing a total of 644 condo units ranging from 452 to 1,333 sqft.

The two towers are built on a single podium that is shared by them. The architects of this extravagantly beautiful development are IBI Group, a renowned architectural firm in the Toronto real estate market. A total of 425 square meters of space in the development will be allocated for commercial and retail purposes. KSquare Condos are being constructed over an existing hotel property.

Features and Amenities

Being a multi-phase development, the Scarborough condo project will be constructed in different phases over a period. The first phase of this urban development will have two towers with 36 and 39 storeys each. This phase will be located on the west side of Kennedy Road. The gross floor area of the two towers is 45,136 square meters, and the development will have a total of 644 condo units distributed in the two buildings.

The layouts of these units would be- 1 bedroom type, 1 bedroom+ den type, 2 bedroom type, 2 bedroom+ den type, and 3 bedroom type ones. The area of each condo suite is expected to be between 452 and 1,333 square feet with optional additional features like sunrooms and walk-in closets.

A shared parking space is being created for the two towers, which will have 733 vehicle parking spaces for the residents. There will be three parking levels below the ground and six above the ground. This parking space will also feature six spaces designated for electric-vehicle charging facility. Apart from these spaces, the project will also provide 46 short term and 422 long term parking spaces.

There will be a 24-hour concierge service and a lobby for the residents, which will have a classy lounge and lavish archways that will add finesse and aesthetic element to the development. Apart from this, there will be a play area, fitness room, pet spa, workspace, and contemporary sports bar as amenities for the residents of these lush condos. The development is also planned to have Toronto’s largest private library as well as a study area in the condo complex itself.

Location and Neighbourhood

The location of these elegant urban condos is quite favorable with all the conveniences available for the residents locally itself. Kennedy Commons, the hub for popular retail outlets is located quite close to KSquare Condos and can be reached within just 13 minutes.
