Another proud development of Plaza Corp Urban Residential Group, One Seventy Spadina Condos, sits on the Eastern edge of one of Toronto most new communities, Queen West. It will feature a contemporary party room with chef’s kitchen and dining area and lounge area, a fully equipped gym complete with a cardio area, and wifi lounge area, with a grand lobby space. The condominium has aborted the original brick exterior structure in favor of a modern loft interpretation and has added a plethora of glass to accentuate the contemporary look.
