About The Kennedy’s Condo Development

The Kennedy’s Condo is a new condo project by Samm Developments, located at 2035 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, ON. The development has four buildings, two 35 storey mixed-used towers, one 45 storey tower dedicated to the revitalization of the Delta East Hotel, and one 8 storey tower for office space with an overall expected total of 663 residential units.

The initial phase of development involves building the pair of towers and a joint podium that spans 5 storeys. The Kennedy’s Condos will collectively offer 663 exceptionally designed suites.

Phase 2 will be the 45-story tower at the center of The Kennedy’s Condos’ community. This phase of development will be dedicated to the revitalization of the Delta East Hotel, currently situated at the construction site. This tower will house 400 units and will be a welcome addition to the collection.

Phase 3 will focus on the construction of the office building consisting of 8 levels and will be connected to a conference area. Some alterations will be made to improve the pedestrian quarters.

Accessibility

Living in this Master Planned community will allow for improved travel time, as it is strategically placed just one block from the 401. The towers will be near Scarborough Town Centre and Pacific Mall. For residents who rely on public transit, the condominium will have TTC at the doorstep, minutes from Agincourt Go station, and Kennedy Station subway access. The University of Toronto Scarborough campus is also close to The Kennedys Condominiums. Parks you will find in the neighborhood include Snowhill Park and McDiarmid Woods Park.

The Developer

Samm Developments will develop the Kennedys Condominiums in Scarborough. One of their notable works underway is the Dixon Developments at Etobicoke. The towers will be designed by Page and Steele and IBI Group Architects.
