The modern structure is attributed to third-party design and consulting firms that played a role in the process to ensure perfection. The units are designed to be spacious and comfortable and above all, affordable. In addition to that, the project boast accessibility to various parks, markets, malls, schools, etc. The amenities offered include 24 hours concierge, pool, fitness centers, patios with seating and BBQ arrangement, business lounge, etc. The transit options are also available from the building such as bus and cab stations, subway, etc.
