Expo Condos is a condo project completed in 2016 by Cortel, located at 2900 Highway 7, Vaughan, ON. Part of the master-planned community of Expo City, a community of mixed-use, luxury condo buildings in the city center area of Vaughan. The Expo Condo development is helping the area transform into a bustling metropolis. It’s located on HWY 7 near Jane Street and was one of the first of the new condos to be completed in the area.
Accessibility
Living at the Expo Condo puts residents near most of Vaughan’s gems. Take your pick of nearby restaurants, or enjoy the local entertainment. Everything needed is within close distance. Glen Shields Park and Marita Payne Park are only a short drive away. Also in the vicinity is a movie theater and several large shops, including Home Depot and IKEA.
Easy access to the Toronto Core from Expo Condos, residents can quickly get on any one of the three highways to leave Vaughan. Public transportation is an easy option for everyday use. By the end of 2017, you will be able to use the new subway station, part of the TTC expansion. There will also be a bus station and a bus rapid transit station.
