Expo Condos was a condominium development finalized in 2016 by Cortel, situated at 2900 Highway 7, Vaughan, Ontario. It’s an integral component of Expo City, a masterfully planned community that features a variety of luxury condo buildings situated in Vaughan’s downtown region. This development is playing a significant role in converting the locality into a vibrant urban area. Set on Highway 7 close to Jane Street, it was among the initial condo projects to be completed in this vicinity.

Accessibility

Living at the Expo Condo puts residents near most of Vaughan’s gems. Take your pick of nearby restaurants, or enjoy the local entertainment. Everything needed is within close distance. Glen Shields Park and Marita Payne Park are only a short drive away. Also in the vicinity is a movie theater and several large shops, including Home Depot and IKEA.

Easy access to the Toronto Core from Expo Condos, residents can quickly get on any one of the three highways to leave Vaughan. Public transportation is an easy option for everyday use. By the end of 2017, you will be able to use the new subway station, part of the TTC expansion. There will also be a bus station and a bus rapid transit station.
