Founded by Barry Fenton and Mark Mandelbaum, Lanterra Developments is one of the most successful real estate development companies in Canada. Mark and Barry began as two enthusiastic real estate visionaries. They had a dream to develop unique and innovative downtown condominium properties. This came to fruition as the company grew over the last 20 years to build some of the most iconic urban condominiums that Toronto’s skyline has ever seen. Their accomplishment has not only been limited to developing condominiums alone but their vision has expanded far and wide to make Toronto the city with the world’s most dynamic urban revitalization.

Over the course of 25 years, he successfully administered the acquisition, servicing, marketing, development, and sale of over thousands of acres of commercial, industrial and residential land across the GTA. On the other hand, Barry also practiced law, bit for a shorter span of time. Eventually, in 1985, he was appointed as the President of a leading real estate firm.
