Richmond Hill’s Baif Don Head is a new residential community coming to the south of Major Mackenzie Drive along the west of Yonge Street.

As per proposed plans, this new mixed use high rise complex will house seven buildings ranging from 9 to 31 storeys. With four large blocks, Baif Don Head will have 1,435 residential units. These units will also include a block that will house townhomes and retail units.

Being a first of its kind development, there will be spacious floor plans ranging from one to three bedroom layouts. Designed by the best Hariri Pontarini Architects, each unit will have a balcony with solar panel masts. The buildings will also feature sculpted terraces and green roofs. Additionally, the site will also have courtyards and landscaped pedestrian corridors.
