The Biddington Group develops the J Davis Houses. Some of their works underway include the 36 townhomes dubbed as Block 55 at Trafalgar and Glenashton Drive in Oakville, and ‘The Estates of River Oaks’ at Oakville.
Floor plans will be a strong mix of 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom+den, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms+den. The J Davis House Toronto condo is currently under the preconstruction planning phase with an occupancy date still to be determined. The condo is designed by well known Graziani and Corazza Architects Inc. Prices and sizes of units are not yet announced.
