The development of Orchid Condos is in the pre-construction phase. Orchid Condo is developed by The Conservatory Group, known for their projects such as the Grande Mirage in Mississauga, Cove in Etobicoke, The Milan Condominiums at Downtown Toronto, and The Infinity Condominiums, also in Downtown Toronto. The project will be designed by EI Richmond Architects.
The estimated date of completion and occupancy of the property are still unknown. The prices of units are yet to be announced. Sizes of suites are also undisclosed as of writing.
