Markham City Centre Condo’s twin towers are developed by Ideal Developments. Their body of work includes Richmond Towns at Major Mackenzie Road and The Dragon Condos at Spadina Avenue in Toronto. The estimated date of completion is not yet announced. This project is still in the preconstruction phase. Prices and sizes of suites are undisclosed as of Summer 2017. The occupancy date is also unknown.

These two shiny glass structured condos are located in the middle of the technological hub, Markham Square. The place offers the best of urban living in a lively and advanced neighborhood. The twin tower condo has 29 storeys with 750 units and a bunch of luxurious amenities. The Markham City Centre Condos are located across the Markham Pan-Am Center which is a multipurpose center. With major brands such as BMW, Sony, Apple, IBM, etc. located in and around the area, Markham City Center Condos are the deal.
