Markham City Centre Condos

From afar, one’s eyes will meet two shining point towers connected at the podium. Up close, one can see how the structures become even more grand and opulent, owed to its glazed glass architecture. Located at the center of the heritage village and the technological hub of Markham Citycentre (Markham Square) offers urban living in a convenient neighbourhood.

This condominium development at 28 Main Street, Unionville is a twin-tower condominium that will have 29 floors. With its pleasing aesthetic and accessibility, the 750 units will be launching in an attempt to satisfy Markhams insatiable demand for modern luxury condominiums.

The development is just across the Markham Pan-Am Centre, a multipurpose center which is known worldwide. The structures will adopt and pay homage to the community center’s unique design and will be incorporated in both the towers.

Markham is known to be one of the technology hubs of Canada because there are a lot of international tech and car brands situated in the area. Honda, Ford Lincoln, Mini, BMW, Nissan, IBM, Sony, Toshiba, and Apple, are your neighbours. Fitting to its location, the Markham City Centre promises urban and contemporary living mixed with elegance and luxury.

A short walk will take residents to food shops like the Morals Village, ZenQ, The Bowl Kee Restaurant, Ajisen Ramen, Power King Restaurant, Ilpunji Sushi House, Top Choice, and Tenon Vegetarian Cuisine. The twin towers are developed by Ideal Developments. Their body of work includes Richmond Towns at Major Mackenzie Road and The Dragon Condos at Spadina Avenue in Toronto. Estimated date of completion is not yet announced. This project is still in the preconstruction phase. Prices and sizes of suites are undisclosed as of Summer 2017. Occupancy date is also unknown.
