INDX Condos is a completed 54-storey residential tower containing 798 units at 70 Temperance Street in Toronto’s Financial District. Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects designed the horizontally layered glass tower with rectangular articulation. Lifetime Developments and CentreCourt Developments served as co-developers. Cecconi Simone completed interior specifications. Construction reached completion in 2016.
