270 The Kingsway Condos is a new condo project by Tridel, located at 270 The Kingsway, Toronto, ON. The development currently has no occupancy year set however, we do know that it will feature staggered floors reaching up to 21 storeys.

Tridel does it again with the new 270 The Kingsway luxury condos to satisfy the growing demand for urban living. The Kingsway will be the prime location for this mixed-use juxtaposition of residences and services. Outside your door will be a selection of shops and restaurants; density creates an exciting and welcoming hustle and bustle typical of the best-planned communities.

Accessibility

270 The Kingsway Condos is an ideal region for families as the total vision includes grocery and drug stores, childcare facilities, and fitness centers.  Although the pre-construction buildings in Etobicoke are block-like with staggered stories (the condos will have up to 21 floors), there are ample green spaces and open public spaces. The structural design offered by Kirkor Architects Planners, LGA Architectural Partners, is a take on the point tower high-rise but is unique in the variation of the façade.

The Future

270 The Kingsway Condos will enrich and transform the area as a residential/commercial hub and still retain its local flair. The master plan is ingenious. It’s no surprise that the project has been given the Excellence in Planning Award for Urban Community design by the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. This is something to really look forward to in Central Etobicoke’s new condo listings.

The Developer

While we know Tridel well from other condo projects in the luxury Toronto market like Bianca and Selene, this redevelopment has its features and benefits. The company is indeed a leader in condo-living innovation. Their buildings are always an asset to any neighborhood. 270 The Kingsway Condos is no exception.

After the success of their previous projects, Tridel Developers have now launched the new Humbertown Redevelopment Condos. Located in the Etobicoke region of Toronto, the urbanely designed structure is set to hold gazes. The marvelous interior design of the condos and the inexhaustible list of amenities further consolidate the reputation of this upcoming project. However, the unparalleled accessibility offered is the best part. In the Kingsway area, just at the entrance are located countless stores, pubs, bars, restaurants, fashion boutiques, and other commercial hub places. Being situated in a bustling area, the fantastic transit options are also excellent, with access to bus and cab stations and the subway too.
