Although the pre-construction buildings in Etobicoke are block-like with staggered stories (the condos will have up to 21 floors), there are ample green spaces and open public spaces. The structural design offered by Kirkor Architects Planners, LGA Architectural Partners, is a take on the point tower high-rise but is unique in the variation of the façade.

It’s no surprise that the project has been given the Excellence in Planning Award for Urban Community design by the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. This is something to really look forward to in Central Etobicoke’s new condo listings.
