About Harbour Place Development

Coming soon, Harbour Place is a new pre construction townhome development by Biddington Homes. The project will be located at 174 Lakeshore road west, Oakville, ON L6K 1E6. The real estate development will have a total of 22 three-storey units.

Harbour Place Towns will be a modern luxury build. There is currently no estimated completion for this project to be built.

Pricing and sales for units has not been determined at this time. However, three different models are available each with their own sizing. 18 models will be 2,316 square feet, 2 models 1,901 square feet and 2 larger models at 2,786 square feet.

Additionally, the project is located in the Kerr Village neighbourhood. So, residents will be close to the lake, transportation and job markets!
