About Eau Du Soleil Condos Development

Eau Du Soleil Condos is a landmark condominium that is coming to Toronto’s waterfront at Marine Parade Dr.. The project, developed by Empire Communities, is destined to become the tallest and most noticeable structure in the iconic waterfront community.

Empire’s Eau Du Soleil is sure to change the skyline for the Parklawn/Mimico/Humber Bay Shores area of Etobicoke without a doubt. At nearly seventy stories tall, the Sky Tower will stand out like no other condo on the Humber Bay Shoreline. Parklawn is my current home neighbourhood – so I could go on and on about how great of an up-and-coming community it is. Incredible people and diversity, relatively accessible to the city both by car and transit, and 15-20% lower prices than the downtown core. Empire is a reputable builder and Eau Du Soleil is surely going to be one of the most desirable condo buildings in Humber Bay to live at. Can’t go wrong with this one.
