Planned to be built on the junction of the Charlotte Street and Adelaide Street, the tower offers an alluring view of the Ontario Lake. The ambience of the condos and the location around the tower seems to be perfect. Various good food options like the Entertainment District right in the neighborhood, at a walking distance are a great selling point for these condos. The design of the high rise tower is the catchy feature of the condos. When you are getting a luxurious living at a convenient location, why not opt for it? The picturesque view of the clean water from the tower is a major highlight of the place. Greenery is perfect around the tower and Clarence Square is just a walking distance away. All this in a decent budget is quite an appealing option.
