Further, the site-specific regulations propose a 16.1 FSR (Floor Space Ratio). Also, it includes a parking reduction for a reduced rear yard setback that will let about 618 spaces for parking in the building.
The property in question currently has a recreational facility occupied by “Go Bananas” and “Grand River Rocks,” which are commercial climbing and bouldering facilities. The present building occupies a spot at the Borden Avenue South property line.
