About Vincent Condominiums Development

Coming soon, Vincent Condos is a new pre construction condo development by Rosehaven Homes and Townwood Homes. The site will be located at 2851 Highway 7, Vaughan, ON, L4K 1W2. The real estate property consists of a total of 800 units. There will be two towers of 27 and 37 storeys joined by a seven storey mid-rise podium.

There is currently no estimated completion date for this project.

Pricing and sales for units has not yet been determined along with the size of the units. However, there will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom floor plans.
