Currently, in the pre-construction stage, the development is planned to have 4 buildings (6, 12, 15, and 25 storeys) with an expected total of 975  residential units.

The condominiums have Kirkor Architects Planner handling the architecture and designing of the development. One can expect the development to be loaded with amenities and world-class features with some of the best developers and architects behind the project.
