The Developer

The Condominiums of Cornell 2 is developed by Mattamy Homes. The first phase was also by the same builder. Other projects include The Residences of Creekshore Common at Oakville, J. Davis House Condos at Millwood Road, Downsview Park Townhomes at Keele Street, Kleinburg Summit at Major Mackenzie Drive, and Vita on the Lake Condos in Park Lawn Road.

The second phase of The Condominiums of Cornell will have eight-floor plans and units ranging from 725 sq. ft. to 1212 sq. ft. at $528 per sq. ft., to be constructed at 3150 Bur Oak Avenue. It is offered through VIP sales for $429,990 to $639,990 since April this year. The estimated date of occupancy is unknown.
