The second phase of The Condominiums of Cornell will have eight-floor plans and units ranging from 725 sq. ft. to 1212 sq. ft. at $528 per sq. ft., to be constructed at 3150 Bur Oak Avenue. It is offered through VIP sales for $429,990 to $639,990 since April this year. The estimated date of occupancy is unknown.
