Description

Strategically located within minutes of Aldershot Go, this new townhouse project by ADI Development (aptly called Station West Townhomes) is attracting a lot of attention for various reasons. The project, which is in its pre-construction stage at 101 Masonry Court in Burlington, places future residents close to a number of amenities. It’s also within minutes of HWY 403 and therefore it is ideal for individuals who commute to downtown Toronto and Hamilton for work.

Design

Station West Townhomes will occupy 13 acres of residential space and should include over 500 contemporarily designed units. The first phase of the development, which was launched in early 2016, featured 200 stacked townhouses, 60 back-to-back townhouses, and a total of 64 standard townhouses designed by Icon Architects. Both townhouses and condominiums will be included in the later phases based on customer demands.

Station West Townhomes’ planned units will range in size from 1200 to 2100 square feet, providing future residents with spacious configurations – especially when compared to other townhouses in Toronto’s market. Two bedroom townhouses sit close to 1200 sq. ft. while three bedrooms units are as large as 2100 sq. ft.

A variety of plans for Station West Townhomes’ units will be made available to the public. Some sizes that have been made available to date include Cicero Two Bedroom at 1405 sq. ft., Granville Two Bedroom at 1450 sq. ft., Kedzie Two Bedroom at 1450 sq. ft., Kensington Two Bedroom at 1645 sq. ft., Logan Square Two Bedroom at 1655 sq. ft., Montrose Two Bedroom at 1280 sq. ft, O’Hare 2 Bedroom at 1510 sq. ft., and Wimbleton Three Bedroom at 1825 sq. ft.

Registration

Station West Townhomes in currently still in its registration stages. Investors and homebuyers can benefit tremendously from purchasing pre-construction townhouses before they are available to the public. This is great because the prices for real estate generally increases as the public launch date approaches. Registering for Station West Townhomes’ Platinum access before the launch date gives buyers the advantage of accessing the lowest prices in addition to floor plans, access to inventory, first pick of unit levels, and the ability to take advantage of any incentives that the buyer may offer. This is the ideal time for people who are interested in new townhomes in Burlington to make a move in securing their place in the new community.
