About The Queensview at Backyard Condos Development

Coming to Stephen Drive in Toronto is a new condominium development, by the VANDYK Group of Companies, named Queensview at Backyard Condos. The condo, which is currently under preconstruction at Stephen Dr & Berry Rd, is scheduled to be completed in 2021. Designed by Kohn Architects, this project will feature gorgeous crimson brick and stunning glass, over warm wood accents and white precast.

There will be a 10 story boutique residential building that will have a total of 134 suites, ranging in price from $421,990 to over $890,990. Each of the 134 suites that are to be sold will feature panoramic views of the Humber River Valley and sophisticated finishes to complement the building’s distinctive architecture.

The Queensview at Backyard Condo introduces a rare opportunity for people to become apart of the growing South Etobicoke region. It’s one of the only places where there are unlimited dining and shopping options, and with this development and other residential buildings coming to the area, more business is flocking it. Further, plans are in place to be joined by two other mid-rise condominiums for sale in Etobicoke that are 7 and 8 stories tall. Specializing in luxury low rise developements, the builder Vandyk couldnt be more capable of creating an amazing developement along side the beautiful Humber River. The location is hidden in the greenery along the river – perfect for those who like to stay close to the city life but escape to their green oasis they call home.
