About Prime Condos – 319 Jarvis St, Toronto Development
An impressive new condominium, Prime Condos, developed by CentreCourt, is set to rise prominently in the heart of downtown Toronto at 319 Jarvis Street, nestled in the Garden District. This opulent residential tower is anticipated to welcome occupants in 2020 and will feature a total of 506 living spaces.
The development by CentreCourt will feature a wide array of indoor and outdoor amenities that will include: concierge service 24/7, a gym room, and also a business centre. Also, CentreCourt is highly praised for their high rise residential developments, so we can expect Prime Condos to feature stunning designs and finishes that meet the standards that have been set by other developments; such as Transit City, Karma, Grid, INDX and Axis Condos
Prime Condominiums will be perfectly located in the downtown area, placing everything right at the doorsteps of residents. The pre construction condo for sale in Toronto will also be just moments from Dundas Square and Yonge. Many buyers will be lured here because of its location. As one of the best-connected residential buildings in the area — be it to the Financial District, Ryerson University, or world-class technology and health centres — this will be a home to celebrate.
Features & Amenities
Of the 506 residential suites expected to be included in Prime Condo, there is to be a total of 184 one-bedroom units, 138 one-bedroom plus den units, 133 two-bedroom units and 51 spacious three-bedroom units. The development also calls for the inclusion of underground parking on three different levels. There will be 47 vehicle spaces and 507 bicycle spaces offered.
The grand lobby entrance will be accessible from Jarvis Street. From the lobby, residents will have a 24-hour reliable concierge service, in addition to a lounge area and some retail options. IBI Group’s architects have partnered with the developers of Prime Condo to create a distinct building that features three-dimensional diamond patterns, adding to the city’s skyline and overall aesthetic appeal.
Prime Condos: The Neighborhood
The condo development will have an almost perfect walk score of 96 out of 100. This means that residents will find it easy to run quick errands without having to even drive; just a short trot down the street and they will arrive at their destination. Moreover, the Prime condominium will also have a perfect transit score of 100 out of 100. This means that major transit hubs; specifically Dundas Subway Station and a plethora of streetcars, will be located in close proximity to the condominium.
There will be a number of quality educational institutions; such as Ryerson University, George Brown College, OCAD, and the University of Toronto, just minutes away from the Prime Condominiums. In fact, Ryerson University will be on the opposite street of the condominium and will thus attract a number of young people.
More on Accessibility…
There will also be numerous parks; such as Ryerson Community Park, Joseph Sheard Parkette, St. James Square, Winchester Square Park, and Allan Gardens, a short walk away from the condo. Whether it’s an early morning jog or playing fetch with your dog, you’ll find the aforementioned location useful.
Prime Condominium by CentreCourt will also be encircled by a number of diners and retailers, including one of Canada’s largest malls, the Toronto Eaton Centre, which will be just moments away. The condo is also expected to come with its very own retail space as well.
For entertainment, the property will have a lot of options. The Hockey Hall of Fame, St. Lawrence Market, Harbourfront Centre and Art Gallery of Toronto, Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) Bell Lightbox, Rogers Centre, Air Canada Centre, and the CN tower are a few destinations that residents can choose to visit. It’s not every day that you’ll find a prospective home in such a major location.
The Developer
Prime Condos will be another successful residential development by the already well-established company. CentreCourt has completed a number of residential projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area and as a result, they have earned the respect of homebuyers for the communities that they’ve developed.
Their residential buildings occupy some of the best addresses, which place residents in the midst of all essential services, dining options, and retailers. This is one of the main reasons why their condominiums are so highly sought after
