About M2M Condos Development

M2M Condos represents a comprehensive development orchestrated by Aoyuan International, poised to bring an abundance of retail opportunities and job creation to its newly established location at 5915 Yonge Street in Toronto. Features & Amenities

Phase one of the master-planned pre construction development in Toronto calls for the creation of 36 stories and 34 story towers which will be connected by an 8 story podium at the base. The 36 story tower is set to include 291 suites while the 34 story tower will consist of a total of 295 suites. In addition to residential space, the towers will also offer retail and office or commercial space. The taller of the two residential towers will be to the northern side, while the 34 story tower will be on the southern region of the site.

With a total of 810 residential units, M2M Condos are expected to contribute significantly to the population growth of Yonge Street. The development will offer a variety of floor plans to prospective buyers. There will be 292 one-bedroom units, 509 two-bedroom suites, and 9 spacious 3 bedroom suites. The majority of the units are two-bedroom options which indicate that the project will attract some new families with children.

On the 3rd floor, there will be a 1,879 square foot outdoor courtyard, in addition to a fully-equipped fitness room and yoga studio. The ninth floor is where you’ll find the rest of the amenities, except for the 12,124 square foot rooftop terrace, which will also feature a swimming pool. The retail space on the ground floor is expected to host a grocery store that will provide essential goods for M2M Condominium residents. Ample office space will also be included in the area around the condo.

M2M Condo Neighbourhood

M2M Condo will attract working professionals, families, and students, as a result of its proximity to main transit hubs and highways. The condo will carry a perfect transit score of 100 out of 100, making it an ideal home for public commuters.

A short 8-minute walk will take residents to Finch Subway station, and there are also some buses with routes nearby. For residents with private vehicles, Highway 401 and 404 are both close to M2M Condominiums. You’ll also be living the heart of condo developments in North York.

For all shopaholics, the Centrepoint mall will be located less than 20 minutes’ walk away from the northern side of the condo. The mall features over 144 retailers with; No Frills, Canadian Tire, Hudson’s Bay, and Lowe’s anchoring it.
