The Plans
1750 The Queensway will be developed in the form of three towers, each 27 stories tall. Overall, the development will provide residential space in the form of 904 separate units. Two of the buildings that are to be included in the development — A and B — will be on the north side of the project; while the remaining structure — building C — will face North Queen Street. The first building will offer a total of 293 units to residents. Units will be provided in one, two, and three-bedroom options.
300 residential units are proposed to be included in the second building; 195 of which will be one-bedroom, 104 will be offered as two-bedroom options, and there will also be a three-bedroom unit offered in this building. A total of 311 units are to be included in the final building; these units will be divided into 200 one-bedroom selections, 108 two-bedroom options, and the remaining 3 are to be three-bedroom units.
