Floorplans detailing layout of the residencies of the development are yet to be released to the public. The Humberside, the first of the four low-rises, has however been up for registration. The Humberside, a boutique residence, is slated to be 6-storeys high and comprise of 96 units. These units are designed to offer owners 464 sq. ft. to 918 sq. ft. of living space.

On Saturday, May 14, 2016 Backyard Neighbourhoods Condos had its opening sales event. The upbeat event featured a tent, DJ and complementary barbecue lunch for registration from the website. Despite cold and rainy weather, the development secured sales of 85% of its condos among the over 400 of attendees.
Buyers turned up as early as 2 a.m. and by the end of the day all of The Humberside’s 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom plus den units were sold out. Of the 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom and den suites that were available, roughly one dozen is all that remained unsold. John C.
